We are seeking energetic, wellness-minded stretch practitioners to join our team. The staff at this location made the culture amazing. They understaff and put a lot of strain on current employees to over perform on a regular basis. Promises always appear to be cast out and never seem to come to fruition. They hire some people clearly under-qualified for their position and it puts so much stress on people who have been in the health field for a long time in management. Being ridiculed, talked down to, and waiting days on answers for support. Expectations are far beyond what you have been taught, as you will HAVE TO TEACH YOURSELF 90% of what you do. They never give formal training once you go through the one week of original orientation. They expect you to know an entire job in a week based off of training. Some Owners are extremely empathetic and will work with you depending on situations. You get to help a lot of people who have various conditions and suffer from chronic pain. They offer some flexibility in schedule, but that is not guaranteed. They train you in one week to know everything about being a practitioner. That being said let me tell you the pros and cons. The staff at my location would fight for everyone because we were in the trenches together trying to piece together a ship that was broken when we got it. My time here has been wonderful only because of direct staff. You can be the best employee and still not be good enough for these people If you stand up for yourself, your rights in the workplace or for other co-workers, the owners will be under the impression that you’re not obeying their rules, and label you “Insubordinate” and most likely fire you If you offer an piece of advice or your opinion, you will be made to look like you have attitude or you’re being unprofessional No proper call off/vacation day policy and expect you to “Find another employee to cover your shift” when there is literally nobody else to cover for you Will expect you to use your personal phone, off-the clock, at home to call clients if you need to call off work/reschedule clients instead of having an on-the-clock Manager do it Owners will expect you to be the Stretch Therapist, Front Desk, And Sell Membership packages all in the same day, all the time Owners are horrible at communicating and setting policies. Fun place to work, help people improve their physical capabilities via Stretching. ![]()
